Scope
These terms govern access to and use of daxlio.com and the marketing materials published here. Engagement-level terms are issued separately under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statement of Work (SOW) signed with Daxlio Group Inc.

All content on this site — copy, code, identity, imagery, and product references — is © Daxlio Group Inc. unless explicitly attributed. Subsidiary brand marks (Licitia, Calpix, GTech Group, Priam Digital) remain the property of their respective operating entities.
No advice
Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Capability descriptions and KPI references are illustrative of past engagements and are not warranties of future outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, mirror, or reproduce site content at scale without prior written consent. Automated agents that respect robots.txt and rate themselves below 1 req/sec are welcome.

Daxlio does not publish client names. Inquiries that reference confidential engagements should reach us under mutual NDA — write to legal@daxlio.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA) for U.S. matters, and the federal laws of México for matters originating in México. Disputes are resolved exclusively in those venues.
Updates
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will update the effective date above. Engagement terms (MSA / SOW) take precedence over anything on this page.
